Introduction

The online makeup industry in India is booming, with convenience, variety, and influencer-led trends pulling people in. Yet, offline stores still dominate because online shopping lacks one critical element: confidence.

Shade mismatches, poor product visualization, and a lack of relatability often push users back to physical stores.

This gap is what we set out to explore.
